A 1915 dutch colonial in Seattle needed a refresh. The client couple successfully decorated much of the home, but needed help in the kitchen and bathrooms to make the package whole. The home layout was edited slightly to accommodate a 4th bedroom and make utility/storage/laundry space more convenient for all. The project shines in the hard surfaced spaces. Bathrooms are treated with solid oak woodwork and arrays of unique stone. The composition of fixtures, textures, and finishes revitalize the spaces within, affording a sense of warmth and intrigue.
